For the attention of Mr. Dan M. Costescu – CEO of CFR SA

Dear Sir,

I would like to take this opportunity to address you my deepest congratulations and to thank you, for the way you have represented the Romanian National Railway Company “CFR” SA, during his visit in Norway.

I also appreciate the permanent support that you have granted us during the performance of the activities referred to in the official program of the mission. The level of representation of the National Railway Company “CFR” SA, the very good knowledge of your strategic and operational topics, professionalism you’ve proven, all have complied with the highest expectation of the Norwegian partners with whom you interacted throughout the event.

Moreover, I hope that the results of these meetings and discussions shall be seen as soon as possible, taking into account the particularly favourable reactions we’ve received from the representatives of the institutions and companies in Norway.

Although the agenda of the entire event scheduled in Norway was very busy and challenging, the members of the delegation have excellently responded, and the attendance at a high level from the Norwegian party, was mainly due to your presence in Norway, and the interest shown by the Norwegian partners to collaborate at the institutional level, taking advantage of your European experience as well as of your partner companies specializing in the railway field..

My highest consideration,

Cezar Armeanu,

Minister Counsellor”
